Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Winter Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our brewmaster, Roland Allen, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a free souvenir pint glass. Dinner music will be provided by Chico Strings. Tickets are just $35!
Appetizer – Paired with Soaring Eagle Pilsner
Salmon Sashimi Wrap. Cucumber, daikon radish, red onion and mint wrapped in salmon and served atop shaved lemon.
Salad –Paired with Dancing Trees Hefeweizen
Edamame and Bacon Spinach Salad. Crispy bacon cured with apple cider, crumbled over baby spinach with salted edamame and spicy candied almonds. Served with a Kyoto White Miso vinaigrette.
1st Entrée - Paired with Naughty Native IPA
Sweet Chili-Glazed Chicken Skewers. Tender chicken breasts skewered and glazed with sweet chili sauce. Served on a Thai green papaya salad.
2nd Entrée - Paired with Roland’s Red Ale
Szechuan Crusted Rib-Eye Steak. Beef medallions encrusted with pungent Szechuan peppercorns, pan-seared and served on a grilled cauliflower steak.
Dessert - Paired with Obsidian Blackberry Porter
Chocolate Porter Napoleon Cake. Rich chocolate cake infused with Obsidian Blackberry Porter, featuring layers of chocolate and cream cheese whipped with cinnamon and nutmeg. Served with a tart marionberry sauce.
