Beer Pairing Dinner

Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Summer Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our brewmaster, Roland Allen, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a souvenir pint glass. Dinner music will be provided by Chico Strings. Tickets are just $35!

Appetizer – Paired with Soaring Eagle Pilsner
Chili Rellenos:  Stuffed with grilled seasoned corn and Monterey jack cheese, served with a black mole sauce.

Salad – Paired with the Emperor’s Mandarin Wheat Beer
Beet Salad:  Roasted beets with arugula, goat cheese, croutons and a mandarin vinaigrette.

1st Entrée – Paired with Golden Feather Extra Pale Ale
Seared Citrus Halibut: Pan-seared halibut on a bed of rainbow Swiss chard, served with a buttery citrus sauce.

2nd Entrée – Paired with Wild Warrior Pale Ale
Smoked Beef Brisket: Savory beef brisket smoked over a hickory wood fire, served with Yukon Gold whipped potatoes.

Dessert – Paired with Doppel Down Doppelbock
Crispy Ice Cream Balls: Vanilla ice cream scoops encrusted with candied pecans, pretzel and graham cracker crumbs, covered in a warm caramel sauce.
