Pan-fried, beer-brined frog legs served with a brown butter and lemon sauce.
Salad – Paired with Feather Falls Thunder Apricot Ale
Three Apple Salad featuring fresh slices of Red Delicious, Granny Smith, and Fuji apples on a bed of garden greens with a sprinkling of candied nuts. Dressed with Thunder Apricot Ale vinaigrette.
1st Entrée - Paired with Wild Warrior Pale Ale
Beef short ribs braised in beef stock infused with bacon and Soaring Eagle Pilsner. Served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes.
2nd Entrée - Paired with Snake Eyes Double IPA
Curried beef strip loin, blackened and served with charred butternut squash sauce and spicy cauliflower pakoras.
Dessert - Paired with Oak Aged Doppel Down Doppelbock
A nut brittle platter, featuring pecans, almonds and pine nuts.
