Treat yourself to a truly elegant dining experience! Our Spring Beer Pairing Dinner menu is a feast of seasonal specialty dishes created just for this event. Hosted by our brewmaster, Roland Allen, the evening includes five courses, craft beer samples and a free souvenir pint glass. Dinner music will be provided by guitarist Steve Cook. Tickets are just $35!
Appetizer – Paired with Coyote Spirit Amber Ale
Edamame Hummus. A smooth soybean and garlic pureé served with grilled flatbread.
Salad – Paired with Feather Falls Thunder Apricot Ale
Shaved Asparagus and Fennel Salad. Tender asparagus shaved into thin planks with fennel matchsticks, tossed with a honey fig vinaigrette.
1st Entrée - Paired with Wild Billy Winter Bock
Traditional Pork Schnitzel. Beer-brined pork loin fillet breaded and pan fried, served with a side of pickled red cabbage , covered in a rich veal demi glace.
2nd Entrée - Paired with Naughty Native IPA
English Bangers and Mash. Traditional English-style banger boiled in beer and then seared and served with smokey cheddar mash.
Dessert - Paired with California Brown Bear Porter
Chocolate Caramel Whoopie Pies. Marshmallow fluff and caramel, sandwiched between moist chocolate cake rounds.
